New: VisuNet GMP for Challenging Conditions

VisuNet GMP is a comprehensive product family for the use in industries which subject licensing rules. GMP, or Good Manufacturing Practice regulations, cover quality assurance guidelines for production processes. The European Commission and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) promote and enforce the GMP regulations.

These regulations require the manufacturer to take active measures to ensure their products are safe. In order to reduce cleaning times, cycles and costs, the surface finish should be easy to clean.

Further requirements concern for example:

• design and structure of surfaces
• the kind of material of the housing
• material and maximum compression of seals
• quality of welding seams
• support bearings

Thus, VisuNet GMP is not only a non-ex-version of VisuNet, but a premium product with a special, a completely new design.

VisuNet GMP comprises Monitor-Systems and Remote Monitors as far as PCs. All products are GMP-qualified and have 19 inch displays (optional as touch screen) with elegant stainless steel housings and the protection degree IP65. Data can be transferred to the host PC via Ethernet or KVM. VisuNet GMP offers RS232, PS/2, Ethernet and USB interfaces.
