Cooperation on Online Corrosion Monitoring

Pepperl+Fuchs and TÜV Süd Chemie Service GmbH have agreed on a cooperative partnership arrangement for the implementation of projects involving the operational online monitoring of corrosion rates in the chemical industry.

TÜV Süd Chemie Service GmbH is a service provider with extensive experience in the area of the operational online use of corrosion detection equipment, including the preparation, selection and adaptation of the corrosion monitoring system to respective operational requirements through laboratory investigation.

Pepperl+Fuchs supplies measuring devices for corrosion monitoring. At the same time, CorrTran™MV from Pepperl+Fuchs detects general corrosion rates and local corrosion (whole corrosion) in process equipment and evaluates the data.
